Our website now gives live shipping quotes from the major carriers. This allows us to quote you the most accurate rates at the lowest prices. You may now choose the cheapest carrier or shipping service.
We try to ship every order within 1-2 business days. It will normally take anywhere from 2-7 business days from the day we ship your order, dependent on weather, zone, shipping service picked and other shipping factors.
Approximate ship times by shipping service. This is business days in transit once the package is shipped, thus you cannot count Sunday in your calculation or Saturday for Fed Ex.
We ship out of Montana. The further your location is from Montana the longer shipping will take. For example if you live on the east coast plan on the longest time given for each shipping service.
First class 2-3 days
Priority mail 2-3 days
Express mail 1-2 days
USPS ground 5-7 days
UPS ground 5 days
FedEx ground 5 days
Getting your order to you in time for your special event is what we do! If you are needing your items by a specific date, please put that date in the notes section of shopping cart. If we cannot get it there by that date someone will contact you with expedited shipping options. Please do not list a date earlier than needed, because this might stall your order from shipping immediately, wasting valuable shipping days.
We now ship worldwide. Due to the variables of your countries customs department it is impossible to predict the shipping time, but most people receive their items in 2 weeks or so if you are outside the US.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
No refunds on ribbon halos or wands unless defective or incorrect.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
